Beach, Rivers And Grape Hill
Seabrook sits at the southern end of the New Hampshire coast. It is the first town you reach heading north on I-95 into the state. Seabrook Beach takes up the eastern end of town, along the Atlantic Ocean.
Inland, the land rises toward Grape Hill, the town’s highest point, whose summit sits just over the line in Salisbury. The Blackwater, the Browns River and the Hampton Falls River all drain toward Hampton Harbor. In the southwest corner, Lucy Brook runs to the Back River in Massachusetts.
Homes here range from year-round houses to places used for part of the year. At the 2010 census, some of the town’s homes were held for seasonal or recreational use. Each kind of house asks something different of its windows.

Farther from the water, most homeowners do well with our best seller, the Harvey Classic, from $617 installed. It has fusion-welded frames, double-strength glass and a .24 U-value. Where the view matters most, consider the Harvey Slimline, from $545 installed. Its slim welded frame shows more glass, with a .29 U-value.
