About 7-years ago, I had several large picture windows and patio doors replaced at a home on the beach. They all directly faced the ocean and take a beating from wind and salt. This installation was neat and tidy. The products had a lifetime warranty but like most consumers, I wondered what would actually happen if a window needed to be replaced. After-all, it was a harsh environment - and a warranty is only as good as the company making the promise.

After 7-years of pounding from mother nature, one of the 2nd floor window's insulating seals let go and moisture developed. The business owner came out, took a look, ordered a new window and replaced it with no cost to me. Gracious and professional handling all around. I'm impressed.

I bought 7 windows from Window Source. There was a slight problem with one of the windows. Skip, the owner, was quick in responding and took care of the problem right away. I was very happy with the installer, Leroy, he was professional, polite and cleaned up. When he left, he took the old windows and storm windows and left me with new insulated windows.....no mess at all. I need a new front door and will certainly call Window Source.
