Winter Storm Juno is coming and it looks like it might be bigger than we thought! How prepared are you for the storm? We’ll go over a quick couple of tips to help you prepare for the storm. First thing on the checklist…
Do you have double hung, energy efficient windows? Hopefully the answer is a resounding, ‘Yes! Thank you Window Source!’ As you know, energy efficient windows are great for this time of year! It’s cold outside, a storm is coming, and you can rest assured that your house won’t lose heat faster than you can make it! If you don’t have our windows, don’t fret! Here are a few other things that will help get you through the storm:
- Canned foods that are energy-packed! Beans, chilis, dried fruits, nuts & seeds. If you aren’t stocked up yet, go fill your pantry.
- A can opener
- Plenty of clean drinking water
- Candles and matches
- First aid supplies
- Plenty of blankets
- Extra batteries and a flashlight
- And don’t forget a few good books and a deck of cards!
