The Window Source 100% Transferable Lifetime Warranty New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine

Subject to the exclusions and limitations, SkipJack Enterprises, LLC: The Window Source of New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts (herein as referred to as the Company), warrants to you, the Original Owner/Purchaser, that this product will be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as you own your home in which the product was installed.

Mechanical Parts and All Vinyl Warranty

That under normal use, the vinyl will not blister, crack, rot, peel or corrode. That all MECHANICAL parts associated with the window: locks, balances, sash ventilation locks, etc. are warranted to be free from manufactured defects in material and workmanship. Replacement MECHANICAL parts will be made available at no charge.

Labor Warranty

That ALL labor will be provided at no additional charge to correct any and all items covered in this warranty.

Insulated Glass Warranty

The sealed insulated glass unit is warranted against defects resulting in material obstruction of vision from film formation caused by dust or moisture in the dead air space of the sealed unit for the life of the window. If the IGU fails for any reason, the IGU will be replaced and will be provided for you, the Owner/Purchaser, at absolutely no charge.

Glass Breakage Warranty

The Company will provide the Owner/Purchaser with a replacement IGU in the event of accidental breakage at no additional charge, some exclusions apply.

Transferable Warranty

This warranty may be transferred one (1) time. You, the Owner/Purchaser must provide request of transfer in writing within 30 days of the property transfer date.
